Swotly - About us

    About us

    Our Team

    Sarah Kerr

    Founder

Sarah has over 20 years' experience working in higher education. Here Sarah was able to use her skills in problem-solving to ‘get stuff done’. For the past 10 years, she has worked in strategic partnership building, linking universities and their research with people and organisations 'out there' who might be interested in it.

Sarah has been a parent governor for five years, including a spell as chair. As the parent to two boys, she’s motivated to work on Swotly because she feels like she doesn’t know enough about what her boys are doing in school and wishes that she did!

    Joe Campbell

    Founder

Joe has over 20 years' experience in the tech industry, building enterprise platforms for corporations including Barclays and the BBC. He’s a highly technical and experienced technology entrepreneur with a passion for continuous improvement.

Joe’s committed to providing real value to everyday people. As a parent of two teenagers, he is keen to prove that voice technology can empower parents and increase student attainment.

    Suzanne Osborne

    Content

Suzanne’s career history covers libraries, charities, and more. She enjoys helping people get answers to questions and writing clearly and concisely.

Suzanne’s a parent to one tween. A voice tech sceptic, she might just be being converted as she discovers more about what voice can do.

    Sol Baish

    Product

Sol has 15 years of experience building teams, processes, and products in the Pharma tech industry, with a keen focus on improving patient engagement through creative technologies.

For the past 5 years, Sol has focused on content production, working across many industries, to produce video, animation, and audio content. As the father of two teenage children, Sol is excited to now build creative products that improve parent engagement using voice technology. And, with one child heading to performing arts school, Sol is particularly interested in helping enable performing arts provision in schools.
